4″ Redirack Pallet Rack Add-On Kit for use with CWE’s Redirack 168″H 96″W 42″D Starter Kit (sold separately). CWE Pallet Rack offers a quick and easy assembly for all your pallet storage needs. Made heavy duty, with 2.3mm Gauge Steel and Fusion Welded (ISO 3834 Certified Fusion Welds) with a capacity of 5000lbs per level (total capacity 25,000 at 84″ spacing (5 levels)), they are built for long lasting service. Pre-configured starter and add-on industrial storage rack systems are available for ease of access. Add-On Kit includes 1 Upright Frame (1 Redirack 4″ Frame x 2 – (with diagonal and horizontal bracers for assembly) and 6 Redirack Box Beams (96.25″ L x 6.5″ H x 2″ D), with Safety Bar (Universal – 42″) and Wire Mesh Deck (42″ x 44″) configuration options available (Safety bars and Wire Mesh Decking will be included to cover all levels, options available in the dropdown). Heavy duty, (2.3mm) 13 gauge steel frames with 3.25″ post width allow height adjustments at 3″ increments for easy beam adjustment. High strength 0.6mm thick gauge steel beams have a design that accommodates the included cross bars and decking. Beams provide secure connection to upright frame using a locking system. Locking systems automatically snap into place and secure the beams. Included braces provide maximum rigidity and stability. Includes 2 anchors per frame to keep stability and distributes weight evenly. Pallet should overhang the beam frame by 3″ front and back.
