Description

Premium quality pallet rack starter kits at the lowest pricing. CWE Pallet Rack offers a quick and easy assembly for all your pallet storage needs. Made heavy duty, with 2.3mm Gauge Steel and Fusion Welded (ISO 3834 Certified Fusion Welds) with a capacity of 5000lbs per level, they are built for long lasting service. Pre-configured starter and add-on industrial storage rack systems are available for ease of access. Starter Units include 2 Upright Frames (4″ Width Posts x 4 – with diagonal and horizontal bracers) and 6 Box Beams (2 Beams per level), with Safety Bar and Wire Mesh Deck configuration options available (Safety bars and Wire Mesh Decking will be included to cover all levels, options available in the dropdown). Heavy duty, (2.3mm) 13 gauge steel uprights with 4″ post width allow height adjustments at 3″ increments for easy beam adjustment. High strength 0.6mm thick gauge steel beams have a design that accommodates the included cross bars and decking. Beams provide secure connection to upright frame using a locking system. Locking systems automatically snap into place and secure the beams. Included braces provide maximum rigidity and stability. X gauge welded base plate anchors upright to floor and distributes weight evenly. Frames feature a long lasting epoxy finish. The pallet should overhang the frame by 3″ front and back.
